Spa Foot Soak Recipe

Whether your aching feet are a result of your 2019 goal to exercise more or from wearing heels in the office, a foot soak might be in order. The beauty of this Young Living recipe is that it uses readily available Premium Starter Kit (PSK) oils -- Copaiba and PanAway.

Although the YL recipe calls for Epsom salt, Himalayan salt or sea salt will do if you don't have it on hand.

SPA FOOT SOAK

1/4 cup Epsom salt (Himalayan or sea salt)
2 drops Copaiba
2 drops PanAway
Warm water

Mix Epsom salt, Copaiba and PanAway in a small glass bowl.
Add salt mixture to warm water.

Let your feet soak for 15-30 minutes.
