DIY Chest Rub

Planning to watch fireworks to celebrate New Year? Protect your family from the slight chill in the air and the haze from the fireworks with this DIY:

DIY Raven Chest Rub

(please adjust measurements with regards to age)

3 Tbsp organic coconut oil (solid form)

5 drops Raven 

5 drops R.C.™ 

2 drops Thieves®

2 drops Eucalyptus Radiata 

2 drops Peppermint

In a glass container, mix all the ingredients. To prevent the coconut oil from becoming liquid, you may store it in the refrigerator. Or, if you prefer the liquid version, then a roll on bottle will be perfect.

Apply the oil mixture on the back and chest.
