Response to OOS 03.05.2019
Inadvertently, I broke the news regarding the NingXia Red Out of Stock (OSS) situation last 02 March 2019. Young Living Philippines officially responded with their plan of action on 05 March 2019.
Dear Members,
Thank you for making Ningxia Red one of our most well-received products in the Philippines!
This is to give notice that due to the high demand for it, we will be unable to serve its requirement in March. An initial, PARTIAL REPLENISHMENT is expected on APRIL 1. Delivery of additional stocks are also being expedited.
In the meantime, to minimize disappointment over the stock-out:
• Ningxia Red has been temporarily TURNED ON IN NFR. Members can now purchase Ningxia Red in NFR until such time stocks have stabilized.
• Those on OTG ER with Ningxia Red bottles in their templates will need to EDIT their templates. However, they have the option to change their Ningxia Red bottle orders to Ningxia Red sachets (352537). Please note that the latter is also on limited stocks. We are giving priority to those on ER to order Ningxia Red sachets while stocks of the sachets last.
We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please be assured that we are doing our best to have additional stocks available.
We will be providing supply updates on a regular basis.
