Sheep in the Lavender Fields
At Young Living's Simiane-la-Rotonde Lavender Farm and Distillery in France, the farmers release flocks of sheep to munch on encroaching weeds, a natural way to get rid of the unwanted plants without having to use pesticides. This was revealed by writer Dawn Wong of Salt Magazine in her article 'Lavender - The Heart and Soul of Provence.'
