DIY Joint Massage Recipe
Physical exercise or repetitive movements may have your joints, like your knees and shoulders, twinging a bit. "Hot" oils such as Oregano, Ginger and Black Pepper may provide joint support.
Blend the oils in a 15ml roll on bottle and keep it on hand for a quick self-massage. While you're at it, why not use an empty YL bottle and insert an Aromaglide roller fitment?
And, of course, work your own magic and tweak the recipe to your heart's content.
