2019 Philippine Independence Day

Teresa Magbanua was one of the few women who led armies into battle during the fight for independence. And, according to Wikipedia, she has the distinct honor of being "one of the few Filipinos to have participated in all three resistance movements: against Spain in the Philippine Revolution, including the Katipunan; against the United States in the Philippine American War and against Japan during World War II."
