DIY Household Cleaner Recipes

With my mom having just finished her chemotherapy, I took advantage of the fact that Thieves Household Cleaner is available in the Philippines and bought one bottle to replace all the other cleaning products in the condo.

I asked three professional cleaners from a housekeeping company for their opinions after using Thieves Household Cleaner, which was diluted in water with the suggested ratio of 1:1.

• SCENT - 'Mabango' is how the cleaners describe Thieves Household Cleaner. I think the use of essential oils and natural ingredients is immediately apparent.

• CLEANING - Although the Thieves Household Cleaner is quite good, the complaint is it could not remove the stains no matter how hard they scrubbed.

So, the lesson is: Add lemon essential oil or vinegar, plus, some dishwashing liquid or detergent and probably even more drops of the Thieves oil blend to suit one's needs.
