PH Go Live Updates 2.1.2019

Dear YL Members:

Here’s more information to help you prepare for GO LIVE.

PEG RATE Peg rate is at Php 51.20 -- applicable for pricing and computation of commissions.

SHIPPING RATE Shipping rate, e.g Metro Manla up to 5.99 kg, is at Php 199.43, while it's Php 176.70 for the ER discounted shipping. We will provide the rates for provincial shipping in a separate update.

YLPH EXPERIENCE CENTER

• CREDIT CARD Members should present their credit cards for payment while purchasing at the YLPHEC. We will not allow the use of the credit card on file.
• MAX OF 5 ORDERS We will only allow 5 orders to be selected and picked up on the same day.
• MORE THAN 5 ORDERS If members would like to pick up more than 5 orders from the Experience Center at one time, they must email custserv.ph@youngliving.com while indicating all of the order numbers they would like to pick up.
• 72 BUSINESS HOURS Processing & preparation of bulk orders will be within 48 hours. Once completed, the EC staff will email the member to inform them that their order is ready for pick up. Members have 72 business hours to pick up the order. If the order is not picked up, it will be shipped to the member, with all applicable shipping costs charged to the member. 

US PROMO ELIGIBILITY During the transition (Feb & March 2019), Young Living PH  members will continue to have US promo eligibility and US ER for both NFR and Dropship.

SOFT LAUNCH Go LIVE is at 8.30PM tonight. Just a reminder that we will be on SOFT launch to ensure that any issues are resolved as we stabilize the system.

WHEN TO ORDER We strongly encourage YLPH members to start ordering on February 4, 2019.
