Feb 2019 Shipping Costs Credits

It seems that Young Living Philippines is unprepared for the deluge of orders on its opening month of February 2019. As a result, delays have been quite rampant. In response, the General Manager of Young Living Philippines, Mr. Tente Alday, has released this letter to the affected parties.

Dearest member,

Thank you for supporting the opening of the Young Living office in the Philippines and for being one of the first to place an order! 

As in any new organization, our process is still less than perfect. With the volume of orders we have received, shipping for your order is unfortunately delayed. Please be assured that the delay is only temporary and we are doing our best to address the issue. Please also know that we remain committed to deliver the highest quality service to all our members.

In the meantime, please accept our  apologies, and, as a token of our appreciation for your support, we will be crediting to your account the shipping fee for the affected order.
