What If the EO Product is Not Available

Q: What if I want to order Copaiba and it's not available in the Philippines?
A: "[Young Living members] residing in markets officially open for Young Living business can order products not available in their market from the United States listed as NFR (Not for Resale)."

Q: I want to save on shipping costs. How much can I order?
A: "[Young Living members] can order up to a three-month supply of Young Living NFR products for two individuals per month."

Q: What if I order both NFR and OTG (On the Ground) products?
A: "If a specific product is available in the customer or distributor’s local market, [or what is referred to as OTG,] the member should order the product available in their local market and cannot order through the NFR program."

Q: What if my NFR and OTG orders are delivered to my house? Do I have to pay for TWO shipping costs?
A: Young Living members who import NFR products will have to pay for shipping costs from the US and shipping costs from the Philippine warehouse as well.
