How to Cancel Your ER

For those who are considering dropping out of the ER program, please answer the following questions first:

1. Have you ordered your January 2019 ER and received your ER gifts from your purchase (100 PV or 190 PV)?
2. Depending on how long you've been in the ER program, have you received your 3rd, 6th, 9th, 12th ER Free oils?
3. Have you converted your ER points to your desired YL products? Have you received them?

If you've answered YES to all the questions, then you may proceed to cancel your ER. If you've answered NO, then please get all your ER rewards first. Once you cancel your ER, you'll lose all your points and free YL products.

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR ER
Depending on the timing of your cancellation, there are TWO options.

ON OR BEFORE JAN 31 Please go on Live Chat and make your request.

FEB 1 ONWARD Please call YLPH Member Services at 249.9555 and make your request.

JOINING ER AGAIN Please remember that if ever you change your mind, you can opt to join ER again.
